1980 | Karl Hermann Rosenbrock founds Vero GmbH as a wear parts sales company. |
1985 | Rotool Export-Import GmbH is founded with the aim of providing German overseas construction sites with wear parts for construction machines. The client base becomes more and more international. |
1990 | Rotool Technik GmbH founds a branch in Jena. Expansion of sales activities in the new federal states following German reunification. |
1991 | Kai Rosenbrock joins both companies as joint owner. |
1997 | Acquisition of today’s company headquarters in the Tiefenbroich district of Ratingen and takeover of a repair workshop from the company Svedala. |
1998 | Exclusive partner to BAZ for UNIZET 2000 in Germany. |
2004 | Vero GmbH and Rotool Technik GmbH merge to become VeRotool Technik GmbH. |
2006 | Acquisition of the neighbouring lot in Ratingen and expansion of the company premises to encompass more than 7,000 m2. Official opening of the new office building in Ratingen. |
2011 | Acquisition of a roughly 5,300 m2-sized plot of land in Laasdorf near Jena to expand the branch. |
2012 | Hardox Wearparts partner. |
2013 | Kai Rosenbrock becomes sole owner and managing director. |
2016 | ESTRONG sales partner for the company ESTI. |
2018 | A record-breaking year. VeRotool’s non-stop development is reflected in all of the company’s figures. |
2019 | Anita Rosenbrock-Welter, who has been an authorized signatory for years, becomes a co-managing director. |
2020 | Anita Rosenbrock-Welter becomes the sole managing director. |
